Course Description

This course will give you an overview of the General Law of Estate Agency, including the Undesirable Practices Order 1991, Provision of Information Order 1991 and Money Laundering Regulations.

It also looks at the Estate Agents Act 1979 and is a must for anyone working in the Sales side of the business. It covers elements such as declaring personal interests, handling negotiations and handling clients money. It all discusses enforcement of the act as well activities not controlled by the EAA 1979.

Finally, it reviews the consumer protection regulations which is a key piece of legislation affecting residential sales agents today
