Course Description

In this Reapit course we will be looking at the Market Appraisals screens within Reapit, taking you from managing a current appraisal to how to win back a lost appraisal.

Whilst we don't expect to be losing many market appraisals, having a robust process in place to target these should be a key staple in every office. In addition, being able to quickly review those appraisals where we have not heard back from the landlord/vendor allows us to schedule follow up calls as appropriate.

Adrian Cole

Adrian has been with the Property Franchise Group since 2011 and is currently the Head of Business Systems within the group. He's implemented a number of projects during that time, including the introduction of Jupix, and Reapit. It's this knowledge of the systems, integrated with Agency experience that hopefully you'll be able to tap into as we go through this course.
