From what the enquirer sees, through to how you'll pick it up and administer on the system, it's key to keep a focus on this leads as there'll be short, medium and long term opportunities.

There's also a suggested script and questions available enabling you to kick of the conversation, but dont forget to put your own spin and personality on it!
