Lucy Wooldridge

Lucy has been with the company for six years and started her journey within the marketing department. In 2012, Lucy launched the Martin & Co estate agency sales business. Her role then moved on to oversee marketing for the group and the commercial relationships. Lucy is now solely responsible for rolling out the Financial Services and Conveyancing proposition across the group with our partner L&C. The aim is to generate a lucrative third income steam for offices and increase revenue to 5% of total income for the group over the next three years.
