This course should be completed over a period of time and in a quiet environment. If you log out of the course and go back into it the course will pick up from that point.

Darrel Kwong

Darrel has worked in lettings for 15 years and achieved the NAEA CRLM qualification, Certificate in Residential Lettings and Management. He has worked in large multi branch agencies, and has set up new cold start agencies. He started working with Training for Professionals in 2010 and his role involves running courses and webinars, doing compliance audits and providing help and advice to clients. His friendly cheery voice is often to be found answering one of the helplines. Darrel combines a sound legal understanding of the issues in lettings with a practical approach to dealing with the issues that affect agents every day.
